Great idea. I think it's a very cool concept. Anything to shake it up a bit would be fine by me. I would offer the following players:
Karl Spooner, '54 Brooklyn, RL 18 IP (would translate to 19 IP/162, close enough for WIS work). Karl allowed 7 hits in those 18 innings, fanned 13.5/9ip, had a 0.722 whip, and didn't allow a run, let alone an earned run. Moreover, those 18 IPs consisted of two complete game shutouts.
'73 Ron Cash of the Tigers. He's not related to Stormin' Norman Cash, but for one brief shining moment he was better! In '73 he had 46 PAs, with a slash of .410/.467/.487/.954. Would bet he'd be a decent fielder, off the top of my head about C-/B- at IB. What a great RH pinch hitter he'd make.
