They don’t. They have fewer people and worse medicine. Many come here actually. Canada has it and they have 35 mil people. I agree that employers should not provide it. Should be like auto or home insurance.

With fewer people. Spain has 45 mil and their income tax is 51%. We have 330mil. Do you understand basic math?
