The real benefit of drafting expensive stars is the opportunity cost that is placed upon everyone else for not being able to draft any of their seasons.

True. It's amazing how much the dynamic salary updates have thrown a wrench into leagues like this. Some guys' top seasons are great, but still not worth what they cost now.
