Every grade has a highest level. This is not a rec league.

My feeling is that if a woman is good enough to play with the men, she should bee allowed to. If a man is on the same level as the women he plays with, I see no problem with it. If he is that much better, than he probably shouldn't be allowed to play with them. I used to play pick up basketball with several women. While I may have had it over them in height and strength, many of them were more fundamentally sound as hoop players than I was. No one really embarrassed anyone.
