I'm currently heading into the last cycle of the 2nd recruiting period, yet the senior transfer I've been on hasn't signed. Is that typical for a D-1 team that's recruiting?

I have 4 returning that will be seniors next season. picked up a senior transfer for next season which makes 5.

I would've had 6 seniors for next season, except one declared early, not sure that is included in my 6 class limit.

I just don't remember any players that I've been on signing this late.

I'm just wondering if I'm missing something or if there is some reason he isn't signing.

I dont think you should be worried. You offered the scholarship, clearly late preference for him is reallllly late...

Thanks. For some reason, it always seemed like they would sign at least 24 hours out from the last recruiting cycle for D-1 teams.

I'm thinking maybe this is the case for just regular D-1 recruits and not transfers.

That last cycle is weird. Don't be surprised if he doesn't sign when the 11pm cycle runs, but a few hours later.

Something tells me that the ineligible that would've stayed for a 5th year AND got drafted, was counted towards that 6 class limit.

Current roster after the change over, 5 seniors, 4 juniors, 3 freshmen and 1 walk on.

Doesn't help the walk on had a defensive rating was 5 and wanted to run FB/FCP.

Once again the A10 in Phelan flexes their recruiting muscle. If you haven't noticed ive made 3-4 different posts about the Rise of the A10 and the need for more great coaches. theonlydeal is one of those coaches. Great work, i love that the A10 just took a player from the Nat. Champion with only moderate interest. If that doesn't scream that the A10 is on the Rise i don't know what will.

3 spots left in the A10 and Wiz i think you'd fit in pretty well here if you feel like making a move ;)
