I kept waiting for the star IFA that never came. What do I do with my remaining 16.5 million considering I signed all my draft guys and there are no IFAs left?

Not a whole lot you can do with it. You could transfer it to player payroll, but that isn't going to help you any.

I tried signing good free agents but they it wouldn’t let me submit the offer. Any options?

Do you have enough in player payroll to submit the offer? If not you can transfer some of the prospect payroll over.

Sign the entire list of remaining available IFAs for cheap, a few of them could end up being DITR candidates.

I wish you could extend your pending free agents but the bonus money will go onto next year's budget, learned that the hard way

Yep, season is over though, no remaining games, so it they're waiting until next season or retiring.

The think this needs to be changed. I think if you sign a guy a year early then the bonus should at least come of the current year. And the salary when his new contract starts the next year.

I disagree with this. Just think about what sort of effect this would have. I'm too lazy to list the reasons, but I am sure you can see the folly if you really think it out.
