Well put kelly! Probably much subtler than I woulda been lol. Yeah just to piggyback on that, I know sometimes you guys at the turn think you are doing a nice thing when someone is skipped earlier, to wait until morning. Yes, that is a nice thing for that skipped owner, but actually like kelly said, there are four, five six or even more owners picking AFTER the guy on the turn who would much prefer making their pick that night instead of in the morning. Now since we are waiting for dilli to pick again, all these guys after him have to find a way to make their Wednesday pick at work, or send a proxy liat that they wouldn't have had to send if dilli made both picks.

The way I see it, if a guy got skipped, it is his own fault. Each owner knows the schedule, and knows when they are picking. If they thought there was a chance they might miss their pick or if something comes up, they can send a proxy list, which should only take a few minutes to compile. So anyways, for those picking at the turn, you are highly encouraged to make both picks at the same time. No one is going to FORCE you to, but I just wanted to explain the other side of the issue.

Ok, let me explain...

I am a (early) morning guy...Almost always up by 6, which this time of yr is 8 in WIS time...

OTOH, I am almost always off the computer by 5ish in the afternoon/evening (7ish in WIS world)…Popped in quickly to select Joe...Didn't really know who I was picking next, or I would have made the pick then...

So moving forward, I will probably always be making my 'turn' picks early in the a.m., unless we're way ahead of the clock...Ya all just gonna have to 'deal' w/ it...
