I like the rule. However, would prefer to be able to move 5 million a year as somebody previously suggested. When you have to start at 10 HS scouting, then it moves down to 6 at the start of year two, then three seasons in and you are still at 2, it really affects the players you see in the draft. If I have 20 million in College and 2 million in HS, I am not going to draft HS players, but since I have 2 million in HS scouting, I still see many HS players in my draft prospect pool. Whereas if I had 20 million in college and 0 in HS. I would see a lot less HS players in my draft prospect pool. This is a huge difference in the type of talent that I can add to my team.
