A Good question came up:

** In cases where a Player has BOTH Pitcher & Hitter Seasons **

(Babe Ruth, Bob Caruthers, Lefty O'Doul, ect.)
ALL seasons of that player Both Pitcher & Hitter are included in the career randomization per Baseball Reference.com
(** First & Last seasons of a player's career will be eliminated if they contain less than 400 AB, or less than 100 IP for a starting pitcher per baseball-reference.com, not ab/162 or ip/162.)

Also subject to the (1) Mulligan allowed per any Hitter that you draft and (1) Mulligan allowed per any Pitcher that you Draft.

So... if you Draft a Ruth or O'Doul and a pitcher season is drawn & you'd rather shoot for a hitter season, you can use your pitcher Mulligan to hopefully land on a good Ruth Hitter Season. But alas, nothing is guaranteed - we'll all have some great draws & some not so great ones :))
