Fox News and republicans have spent so much time calling people like Obama, who was slightly left of Nixon, dangerous socialists that now that actual left policies are coming out....theyre not prepared.

I'm sorry, why shouldn't we tax the ultra rich? Most of us know the difference between making 35k/year....to 75/k......to 250k.....to 10m. And most of us ain't making 75k.

I found it very unbecoming of her to talk about working across party lines for the American people and then to immediately jump into bashing the other side. I watched the first 30 minutes and decided I had seen enough. Trump had some good moments...as he often does when he actually tries to act Presidential. Sadly, he doesn't try very often.

I do wish I would have seen the Abrams rebuttal. That could have had some comedic value to it.

Abrams was really good. She's probably one of the best speakers on the left right now.

So...I finally watched Abrams' rebuttal. She's not bad. I don't agree with much of what she says but it was a decent debut on the national stage...certainly a lot better than when Jindal crapped all over himself several years ago in his shot at glory.
