It's contagious, frankly. I've had a lot of them flowing poorly lately. A lot of hurry up and wait.

I try to remember that this is just a hobby and not to get too worked up over what's out of my control.

It is a hobby, for sure. And I don't expect a pick every 5 minutes. But given today's technology, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect people to check in every 3-4 hours while they know a draft is going on, to see if they're up and make a pick.

I think when it took a few picks so long, there's some inertia now where people aren't checking in as frequently as they probably were at the start

This happens sometimes, by seasons end it won't matter to the Young men I expect to take home rings.

As for me, the big stalls needing to find replacement owners eventually landed me on my 2nd pick when I was out of town. Hence I came back and quickly opted for the gimmick pick.
