Everyone has $100 to spend each round. Send in your roster to the commish each round. Commissioner will send out his bids to the first three people who submit theirs each round. Can spend your $100 however you like, whether that's all $100 on 1 player or spread out among 12 players. Cannot bid on not players than you have available slots. Highest bidder gets exclusive rights to that player. In case of ties, no owner gets that player that round but the player is still available for future rounds.

So each team bids a dollar amount for as many players as they have openings for per round? For first round I could bid on 12 players or 2. After everyone submits we find out who wins each player. Then we rebid on remaining players until every team is full. We can only draft from the players we won but choose any year? If I'm close to understanding I'm in
