It looks like this is why they aren't banning it. I would assume states can set a legal age limit at whatever they want, so they chose 100. Still legal to buy them there, you just have to wait until you're of age.

The character Sinatra played was almost the same as the Clift part. At least that was always the way it struck me.

And I should correct one thing Dino, I served in Nam not Korea. And while I appreciate your kind words I was only one person. I lost good friends and I sometimes feel uncomfortable taking credit for doing what was my duty.
i never saw eternity......of course you do not take credit....that should never stop others for giving credit and respect...the more humble one is the more it is deserved.

I just finished season 2 of Spartacus on netflix. They did a really good job with it. Especially considering that the actor who played Spartacus died after season 1. VERY gruesome show, but very well made.
I enjoyed it.

About to start the season finale of season 1 of Rome.

Pretty good also.

Yeah, i've watched all of Rome. It was really good. I won't spoil anything for you, but season 2 is even better.

Rome and Deadwood ended way too soon!

Topic of the day: Vaccinations. Should they be mandatory? Why or why not?
3/6/2019 8:37 AM
If yer brats go to public school--------yes

If you want to watch a sick show, watch Banshee. I leave it up to the parents as there are conflicting reports on whether or not they cause autism and such.
3/6/2019 9:17 AM
For any condition that could be spread from child to child, absolutely, whether public school or not.
Parents shouldn't be allowed to choose to put other people's children at risk.

THEY DO NOT CAUSE AUTISM

IT SHOULD NOT BE THE PARENT'S CHOICE

Absolutely. It's not only nessesary for your child, it is nessesary to keep everyone around you safe. There are people who rely on the general populous having vaccines to stay safe.

i saw the entire banshee show...excellent......i was sorry it came to an end but it was a good ending.

Says you but yet I speak with parents who swear differently. Stating their babies were fully alert and smiling and post shots were not the same. I vaccinated my kids but I don't blame those who are cautious. You're not a parent. You don't get it. I agree that parents SHOULD vaccinate but it should not be mandatory. Kids who are not are at risk for themselves not to others, correct?
3/6/2019 9:55 AM
Well, if those two parents swear differently, I'm sure scientists are wrong.
