I disagree with you about disagreeing with me! Lol. I think we actually agree on more than you think. Our social views differ, but our basic political views are the same from what I can tell. Let people live their lives as they see fit as long as they aren't hurting someone else. It's not our place to judge.

if Corey Booker becomes president I would be very surprised. Than again, I would have said that about Donald Trump 4 years ago.

1. stabilization and reversal of climate change
2. gun control
3. return to globalization
4. protecting voter rights and making voting day for president a national holiday
5. protecting our voting systems from interlopers
6. repair of our international relationships and nato
7. repairing the loss of confidence in the word of the united states government
8. improved special counsel statute so that the attempted neutering of the special counsel work and report cannot happen
9. end of the wealthy tax cut asap
10. infrastructure as soon as feasible but caution until then
11. tools for fostering more diversity and cohesion
12. regulation and laws for social media
13. clarity for foreign policy
14. dacca
15. medicare for all - i almost forgot.

So I've been thinking about what I'd like for a ticket that MIGHT have a chance of winning in 2020. I've come up with a Dream Ticket.

My rationale is:

Any 2020 Dem. ticket is certain to have a female on the ticket. I don't think they can run a white male/white male ticket. Don't think it will ignite the left side of their party. Thus, one male MAX! Also, a minority presence would be looked at favorably BUT I don't think any of the non-white candidates will do well enough to gain traction. Harris has too much baggage and is too outspokenly left on a couple of issues. Booker won't fly in the heartland. And Castro is just, well, not going anywhere. Have I forgotten anhybody, Oh yeah, Hickenloopy........ Oh wait, he's not a non white.......... just a wannabe. lol.

And two, no white male other than Biden has a real chance at the nomination and he's too old too boring, and has way way too much baggage.

The dems. need someone fresh.

Thus........... my dream ticket!!

Tulsi Gabbard wins the nomination, then reaches across the aisle (sort of) and taps (and talks into!) Angus King as her VP Candidate.

Voila! Dream Ticket.

i looked into gabby..she is very good......im still watching...but i have to agree that she has a lot going for her.
i think highly of castro.....he could pick up momentum as things proceed.
