The draft for Season #57 (1931/1976/2006) of the original Triple Era Progressive is upon us and we need a couple new owners for the teams below.

The San Francisco team will have the 2nd pick in the 2006 draft that features a ton of talent including Justin Verlander, Jered Weaver, Adam Wainwright, Troy Tulowitzki, Hanley Ramirez, Dustin Pedroia, Ian Kinsler, Russell Martin, Ben Zobrist, Matt Kemp, and numerous others. This is the perfect draft to come into the league with. The current roster (posted below) has some huge bats with Alex Rodriguez, Miguel Cabrera, and Prince Fielder to build around going forward.

The Boston team will have the 2nd or 3rd pick in the 1931 draft, pending the results of the lottery. The 1931 draft includes some great players like HOFers Luke Appling, Ernie Lombardi, and Billy Herman, and the unique opportunity to use the current or prior season stats makes all the players more valuable. With a number of HOFers already on the roster, this team is ready for an owner to take it to the next level.

This is a great league with active owners who like to deal. Come join the fun!

I have also included the full set of League Rules below as well. I think you will find there is no other league like this one.

Please feel free to post or sitemail with any questions.

I am leaving.League has too much down time between seasons.People wait days to pick because the draft moves so slow.We have AAA but no AAA pitching which would help the 1920 league.Very disaapointe in the leadership of this league.Just saying
Apologies to those viewing this classified for the unusual move of having a departing owner (leaving with no prior warning) post a negative comment in the classified of the league they are leaving. I could have it removed by Admin, but that would likely be counterproductive given the history of the individual involved. Besides, this league is in its 56th season. I think that speaks for itself.

With that said, the untimed draft is not for everyone, but it does allow owners to live their lives outside of WIS without feeling the pressure of a timed draft and without missing a pick along the way. The three eras draft separately but concurrently, so the number of picks in a particular draft are 1/3 of a normal draft. Combine these two elements and you have a low stress draft that lasts not much longer than a full 24-team timed draft.

Come give us a try!

it is a Great League with great owners & the 8-team drafts per era help you build a better core of talent & build a winner 3 times faster than a 24-team draft ~ if we still need a team filled in another week, I'll volunteer to take on a 2nd team. Least I can do for inheriting such a well stocked team from crazyamos

Roy, you're doing a great job with that team I rebuilt.

It only takes 2 years to rebuild a team in this league, with only 8 teams per era. Both of these teams have plenty to work with!
