When making your pick state both the player's name and his price range. For example, post Klay Thompson 5 or John Stockton 7 or Julius Erving 8 and so on.
More than one of each player can be drafted, but only one in any given price range. I'm counting price range as between $5 million and $6 million, between $6 million and $7 million, and so on.
All first round picks must be less than $5 million.

Pexetera, I think you mean <5. That's the lowest option, so you'll be able to use any Rodman under 5M, and nobody else can get any under 5M Rodman seasons.
