I'm not sure Trump even knows that PR is part of the US. And for some reason, he seems to think PR received $91 billion in aid.

You know what causes more people to leave their country and migrate here? Cutting off aid to the country, which Trump did.

In March of 2001 there were 220,000 southern border apprehensions. March of 2006: 160,000. March of 2016: less than 40,000.

This isn't a crisis. It's just an uptick because of poor policy choices.

Duh. We aren't solving anything, we don't have the knowledge or experience to actually solve it. We can still have an opinion on it.
