Is this the plan then regarding Vindex and his team? I am fully supportive if that's the decision (apologize if this has been addressed and i missed it). Just want to ensure we're all on the same page and can get back to drafting - and hopefully having some fun!!

He checked in yesterday and seemed genuinely interested in jumping back in. . . ..I hope another family thing hasn't come up, but let's give it until tomorrow morning (May 8) at 9am est. If no response yet then sjh can play that team out.

You may want to scan this thread if you think I'm the only one who has an issue with extended absences. And just as a reminder...we've had waits of 11, 16 and 17 hours for you. Not exactly 5 minutes.

As for Vindex, he's been in my drafts before. He disappeared for a week after the last one, without a word, and showed up right before he was about to be replaced. This is a trend for him. I'm not making it up. I'm simply proposing a solution that we already were using for the first 5 rounds of this draft.

I'll counter you though: why do people like you join drafts if you're not going to respect other owners and check in regularly?

I have been in countless drafts and I am sick of you singling me out when I am not the worst offender. If the draft was timed I would make my pick or suffer the late penalty with no issue, the untimed aspect appealed to me because sometimes I need a few hours to make a pick. I am sorry to the other owners in the thread but Jtpsops is not going to just single me out. This is the last I am going to say (unless provoked), I won't quit. But Jtpsops can try picking on someone else and keep my name off his keyboard. Must be nice to be picking top end of the draft where you don't have to dig to deep.

I support you thebubbaq. I’ve felt the wrath of jtpsops misguided righteousness as well in this draft. Nebhusker is doing the best he can. If jtpsops wants to bail I’ll take his team.

No intention to bail, vile. Just want people to respect the other owners in the draft. And I’ll continue to fight for that in draft leagues. As previously stated, if you read this thread, I’m not the only one bothered.

While I have voiced opposition to going on the clock, I do agree that if the same owner/s disappear for indefinite periods of time they should be replaced. We all know that there is a draft going on and if you aren't checking in at least once or twice a day, or sending proxies, then you are being ignorant and disrespectful to everyone else.

Ok. I have missed time from one draft before, it must have been whoever’s draft that just made the comment about me, and it was because of this same issue- I truly hope that none of you ever has to watch someone in your family have emergency brain surgery and battle thru it for months. I will stick with this draft, just like I have for dozens of others, and get my picks done the best I can.

However, if you guys want to take me out of the draft, I do not take offense. I will check more often during the day to not slow you down any more and i sitemailed the next person.
