My vote goes for 2018 Mallex Smith. He is a triple machine that can steal bases.

Marwin Gonzalez `17, Brian Roberts `06, Maury Wills `60 all great.

I have used Marwin Gonzalez `17 several times and he never disappoints on offense.

1888 Pete Browning makes a very nice 2-hole hitter.

There's a 631 PA Ben Zobrist that I use on almost every team - switch hitter, walks a lot, mediocre defense, never needs rest, has 2B/OF flexibility. He's not great but will put up high .300s OBP with a bunch of doubles - I'll take that value on a full-time player all day long! I find myself batting him 2nd a lot because he gets on base at a good clip.

2017 Adam Engel

'55 Smoky Burgess is good for a cheap catcher. '83 Willie Wilson is worth a flyer. '98 Otis Nixon barely meets the PA minimum, but is worthy. I like '98 Marquis Grissom too.

There are a few good Gene Tenace seasons with high OBP and a good arm at catcher, his secondary position. His avg will be terrible but he has some power and gets on base. Great value here, especially if you play in a pitchers' park (I've used the cheaper one in Petco before):

Good choices. You don't need solid defense in Dodger Stadium though

Substituted Freehan for Burgess, put 389 PA Segui at 1B and added Vince Coleman as a 4th OF. Putting them in Petco. Never said I was smart.
