I had my top pick decline my offer and I don't see any way to increase it. Is there no way to make another offer to a prospect once he declines?

He was initially considering my offer, so I was waiting for his response before increasing it, as I'd prefer to have him rather than the pick I'll get next season.

If you saved the offer decline email, there is a link in that email to the negotiations page. Go there, and make the same offer you made before; he may respond differently.

If you didn't save the email you're toast.

"Bad news, gentlemen. Robert has decided to forego baseball this season and is exploring other options. Keep him in mind in the future, though; you never know what might happen."

That's all there is. No link.

The link is on the main inbox page next to the subject line. It's not actually in the email.

Nothing there, either.

The 'Arrow' icon right before (or after) the subject line - that's the link. Click the icon itself.

There's never a good reason to erase "emails" from prospects. ALWAYS keep them.

I have always been able to reoffer from the draft results page. Why would one not be able to?

Yep, me too. I've been wondering this myself.

Is that after they've declined, or while they're still thinking about it? I can up my offer while they're still mulling it over, but once the red X appears, I can no longer do it from that page.

I wanted to see some confirmation on this because both my teams are in rollover right now. Far as I know, if a draftee declines to sign completely, you get a red X on your draft results page and there is no longer a negotiation link on that page. From that point the only way you can renegotiate is if you retain the Inbox message with its link.

If you re-sign your own type A free agent, then does the draft pick compensation apply? I don’t want to risk losing my early draft pick. Would I lose a draft pick to myself?
