Your sources claimed a couple thousand wanted to leave. I challenge you to find someone saying that over a million Palestinians want to leave their homeland.

That's the Gaza strip, not Israel. 50% of the population of Gaza is not 1 million overall. That said, this is a hypothetical question, asking if they were 'given the chance', which implies that they are currently not given said chance.

This poll seems to contradict much of what you have said about the Palestinian public. Only 42% of Palestinians consider an Israeli-centered issue to be the main problem facing their society. Only 34% are satisfied with the current government. Over 1/2 of Palestinians want their current leader to resign. Only 39% Palestinians want an uprising against Israel. And over half of Palestinians don't believe in Trump's ability to negotiate peace in the conflict.
