People will still say 'QB a threw 3 interceptions in practice today', even though those interceptions technically don't count either.

You do realize that on plays when QBs know there is a penalty they will at times make throws they would not normally make. Called a "free play".

It was a 5 yard throw to Gronk. You would think that a veteran like Brady would understand not to take a short throw on a free play.

if it didn't count, who cares if he threw it. he throws dozens of touchdowns in practice that don't count, but they happen. So why don't those count?
