This is painful. Is there a way we can continue the nominations with rules for round 2+ draft positions still to be clarified/confirmed by Oz?

I think they're pretty clear. The language about moving to the back of the draft confused a lot of us, I think, but that's been removed. I don't see what the hold up is now.

I only suggested this because it's simple and everybody can understand it. What strategic advantage is being gained by having a draft order rule so complex that there are multiple pages of questions and answers and weeks later, people are still confused.

I agree with this...we haven't moved on since I made a selection.

I'm honestly just waiting for ozo to tell us what's correct. I'm not spending time trying to figure out what the rules might mean. I'm confident the final explanation will be clear enough for all of us to understand it.

But what if I go over the cap of $110 million? Do I still have to pay the luxury tax of 10%? And what if I plan on making my whole team out of the players from 1921? Do I HAVE to use Willie Hernandez? I mean I thought it was clear in the explanation....but if you could just straigten out these minor issues, I'm in with 1921 and Willie Hernandez

You can take Hernandez but you have to play him in the outfield.

You’re forgetting the random.org rule. If random comes back “Yes” you can use an OF season of Willie Hernandez from 1906 - 1984 OR 1990, if “No” then you have to twist Hernandez two times, once to another Willie and once to another Hernandez. Ballpark must be one that was built by an architect with 6 letters in his first name and 9 in his last.
