Then perhaps you should have nominated a different player. This is why I didn't understand some people selecting players with a limited amount of years/teammates. It hurts the nominator as much as it does everyone else.
Lol. I'll save my comment for after the draft. There's a very distinct reason for my nomination that I'm sure most can see.

That’s fine. And I’m not trying to be a dick. It just doesn’t make sense to express displeasure with the quality/depth of teammates available, while simultaneously admitting you selected a player with weak teammates. We’ll see how the draft shapes up.

Lol again. That's not what I said, exactly. I'll just have to wait to clear it up I guess.

What really hurts here (besides getting screwed in the random draft order) is players who offer NO help in the pool. . . . . for example Addie Joss is of no value since Nap Lajoie already covers all of his teams.

Well that's not 100% true...it does allow someone to roster two teammates from any team that both Addie Joss and Nap Lajoie are on, without both being attached to the same nominated player.

But yes, I nominated him because I wanted to blacklist Addie Joss.

Are all the duplicate player-seasons in the draft list because there were partial/combined seasons for guys those years?

I assume so, because people such as Bill Bradley who were teammates of both Joss and Lajoie are only listed once per season.

If that is the reason for the multiple listings, can we confirm that we are only allowed to use the partial seasons for those players?

From the rules:

Multi-team players: No combined seasons.

Walter Johnson, teammate of #12, Hippo Vaughn.

Also, a rules clarification - though it doesn't affect who I want to take as first pick.

Multi-team players are not allowed to be selected. But they are allowed to be used to generate teammates. So, for instance, we can use players from the 2019 Oakland As, even though the only connection to them is through Fernando Rodney's combined season. Is that correct?

Silver King, teammate of #23 J. Boyle. Wake me up at pick #48.

If your gonna have to wait till the end of the second round might as well have 700+ innings already.

Mordecai Brown, teammate of #5 Johnny Evers. See everyone in round 2.

I'm sure there will be lots of great pitchers left by pick 15, right?

Pretty sure the full player list on the spreadsheet has some ineligible players. For instance, it has teammates of the "other" Eddie Collins. And, though this doesn't matter, it has the combined seasons on there as well.
