wow I was trying to choose between Martin and Phillips. back and forth back and forth... and this is just an observation not a complaint, sounds like one but I now realize, those in the first 10 or so maybe more (choosing 2 players) have a huge advantage being able to pick the best of the 6xfactor teams besides their own pick of their assigned team. Proof - all 7(so far) have taken the best of those 6xfactor teams. Meanwhile those of us down at the bottom of the picking order most likely will not be cherry picking between their own team plus the top guys in the 6xfactor teams. The rally good ones will be gone. Oh well the luck of the draw...
I don't necessarily disagree with you here; though I picked Kevin Brown primarily because I never have the opportunity to pick players from those franchises. I did weigh missing-out on Miggy/Granderson, who would have fit nicely in my build. IMO, had this been a season
with the DH, it would be less of a balance issue..
At the same time, during the Nationals/Expos round, I was very surprised that both picks were not from the Nationals/Expos pitching staff.
