There are going to be some painful defenses too. And some of these pitching staffs will get pummeled because of that, plus fatigue. There are going to be quite a few 30+ run games as mopups get abused.
I mean certainly, some pitching staffs are going to have a hard time. But I actually suspect scoring overall will be pretty similar to a normal $80-$100 million cap league, because the hitters aren't that good either, and the super elite hitters are going to get intentionally walked in high leverage situations. I think the real difference is that the gap between the worst and the best teams (both hitting and pitching wise) will be much greater than in a standard league.
Also, I'd be surprised if there are that many 30+ run games (except by the league's elite offensive teams, like CLWECW's team) because the offenses are bad enough to generate outs even against mop up caliber pitching.
