why are some draft positions in Round 25 certain since they haven't been posted yet?

I'm traveling tomorrow. I'd like to know when I'll be drafting. Thanks.

Because the remaining people in round 24 (i.e. now only jfranco77, though I haven't updated it in a few hours) could not make a pick that would result in those people being pushed further back in the next round.

As has been the custom for the entire draft, we'll give everyone a reasonable amount of time to make their prior round pick before bumping them to the end of the following round. Thanks.

Because the remaining people in round 24 (i.e. now only jfranco77, though I haven't updated it in a few hours) could not make a pick that would result in those people being pushed further back in the next round.

Well with jfranco77 being the only guy left to pick (which was true when I made my post), my draft position is locked. No matter which guy he picks, I will pick below him (he either drafts off of Jimmie Foxx or Stuffy McInnis and my Round 24 pick was off of Dotel).

Fair -- as I said, I have not updated the sheet in a few hours. Will refer to your pick at that time

This is an insane stat... dippedncrack had the last pick in 5(!) rounds. Only jbohrman and BigScungil had more than a single round with the last pick, and they only had 2.

Amazingly, he did not have the worst average pick. That dubious honor belongs to skunk206

I also added weighted averages (earlier picks in earlier rounds count more than earlier picks in later rounds) to the sheet

I really do not disagree with this sentiment however at least the other teams I sorta feel semi confidentish in, Ill likely suck there too, but still heh

I'll go ahead and make my final pick of Lee Lacy (Pena). I'm the only one who needs a Pena teammate, and while Lacy was also a teammate of Ripken and John, nobody needs a teammate of those guys either.

I feel like if we did this draft again, with the same players and with the same first round draft order, everyone's team would be like 80% different. It took me a while to get into the rhythm of it and to figure out even a modicum of a coherent strategy, but that challenge made it fun, if frustrating at the beginning. I ended up enjoying it a lot more than I thought I would.
