Be certain that the recruits you contact are rated for your division. You can never sign recruits from a higher division, and that is where I have seen the rude comments.

You can signed if its worth it but 15-30 scholarships is the price for a higher division player

What 180r20 said. Dont waste your money trying to recruit from levels higher than you are. It CAN'T be done.

Yep, you cannot sign from a higher division. You can only sign those who show up in your division search or lower.

Nope. I will keep calling him until he apologizes for calling my school crappy.

Can you believe it or not my team is in the Yellow 150 range and I have to open up scholarships for me to search for what to do with it. "Sorry didn't want to make another post.

What's the worst SIM you've ever rebuilt? For me it was a Valparaiso team in Warner with 12 wins in three seasons. It took me 7 tough seasons to dig my way out of that hole...

Williams, can't reember what world. Previous coach bought a ten pack and did nothing. Highest rated player was in the 280s overall and only 5 seniors. It took to mid 2nd season to win a game.

My current team in Bryant, Bates, is somewhat of a project. Not as bad as some when I took over. They had some solid players for being mostly a SIM team for its existence. But they had a solid SR class when I took over, and I benefited from only needing 5 players for 1st recruit cycle (my first cycle in Bryant).

Overall, the team had only 2 conference championships is in 156 seasons, 0-5 in the playoffs. Got 2 conference championships in 2 seasons, and 3 playoff appearances. Hopefully this season I break through to the 2nd round.
