When one of them liars or corrupt folks ask for my vote I DON'T give in and give it to them.
I VOTE alright, but I vote for someone else, in each case the party I deem to be the best leader for the citizenry.
The fact that they never win is NOT an indictment of me or my vote...........but rather an indictment of the candidates the two major parties provide as options.

Doc, that’s not you. You are better than that. Trump is the school yard bully that loves to demean his opponents by assigning derogatory nicknames. Like a child he is. Perhaps but she brought it on herself. She panders, is not genuine. Her stance on an issue depends on wind direction. I'm not being derogatory. I just think she's a crony politician that needs to be shown the door.

I have criticisms of Warren and how she ran her campaign in the end - there was a side to it that was incredibly original and practical, especially early on with the economic nationalism message in a more democratic version than Trump's or Steve Bannon's, and reforms like her Accountable Capitalism Act - you can find the text online, that would make corporate governance more democratic putting employee representatives on the board.

I agree that however she was also opportunistic, and often fell into these not credible ways of presenting herself. I think there is a lot of pressure on politicians to do so, but we rightly don't have much tolerance for falsity and lack of authenticity. But winnetka1 is right, let's look to the better angels of our nature.

i personally like laramie bob but if someone believes trump to be a degrading president..a bad president and a true threat to norms and institutions etc

I didn't vote for Trump and won't again.
I also can never vote for Biden.

VERY easy answer.

I don't necessarily believe Biden is any less evil than Trump.
Just evil in a different way. And MAYBE, even more dangerous because of his stealth.
Biden IS HRCII.

HIS nomination almost certainly re-elects Trump in November.
But, I DO hope I'm wrong about that.

However, I said the exact same thing, and sounded the exact same warning about Hillary to everyone who I engaged in debate with in 2016.
Most thought I was wrong.

Trump's election over HRC was the clear proof of that.

I'm in AZ.
I'm an Independent.
Independents get to pick which party ballot to cast in Pres. primaries.
This year I chose a Dem. ballot.
It has about 20 choices, some of which I've never heard of and some who have already dropped out.
It still has Gabbard for one. And, of course, the bigger Dem. names. (Warren, Sanders, Biden, etc).

I AM casting my vote (by mail) within the next few days.
It will be cast for Sanders. So are the rest of my family I know about.

Here's partly why.

I do NOT believe it is radical at all to support a complete overhaul of our completely BROKEN Health Care system in this Country.
In FACT, it is far PAST time!

And for those who FEAR their increased tax rate because of it, I would ask them to BUDGET it out for a year.
Start by doing some basic math. HOW MUCH are you spending NOW on your healthcare premiums.
Many spend over a thousand dollars a MONTH!! Some way more than that.
I'd suspect that almost all insurance plans for middle class families run into the 600 - 1000.00 dollar amount per MONTH!!
Multiply that amount by 12!!

For a 1,000.00/mo. premium that MEANS THAT your family could handle a 12,000.00 dollar TAX INCREASE before it effects your budget a single penny!!
How is attacking a problem that has grown worse and worse over decades and benefits ONLY large global corporations with huge PROFITS, while saddleing millions of Americans with unpayable medical expenses and personal bankruptcies radical!!??
In my view that ain't radical. It's LEADERSHIP!

We'll see just how big a fix is in, within the dum. party when we see Warren's ultimate endorsement.
Ideologically, there is NO WAY She wouldn't endorse Sanders. Their goals and priorities are nearly identical. SHE presents nearly the SAME agenda!
Should She endorse Biden, it will be CLEAR PROOF that the Dems. are unwilling to let the PEOPLE choose their nominee. THEY want to dictate WHO the nominee will be.
THAT is a LOSING strategy.
The same old same old tired "insider" party deals is NOT what the American citizen wants.
WE WANT CHANGE!!

Why the Hell do you think the public voted overwhelmingly for Obama and then turned around and elected Trump??

THEY WANT CHANGE! Particularly the younger voters.
And neither Party really wants to bring about CHANGE!
THAT would endanger their stranglehold on our Democratic Republic!!
It's all about CHANGE and who will really bring it about!

The ONLY candidate left who will really bring us any change is Bernie Sanders.
HE gets my vote!
