We are the Post War League, entering our 49th season which will be 1995, a 24-team progressive. DH in AL only, no WW, drafted AAA players only (no SIM generated players), win-minimum 40 and we need 2 new owners the Pittsburgh Pirates and Houston Astros..The Pittsburgh Pirates currently will be picking in between 1st- 4th overall depending on the upcoming lottery..The Houston Astros will be picking 7th overall, I am very determined to see this league go to the end.
Then perhaps afterward we will start going backward (Regressive)

We determine draft position at the 120 game mark, with a 40 game win minimum and random draw for the top 4 slots. These rosters also reflect some players were IR for 1992 and we carry 4 AAA players that we draft, after the rookie/free agent draft is over. SIM generated AAA players are not eligible to play.....DH in American League only.

dispersal draft for the open squads.....might entice owners who have some sorta whatif prog addiction.

this is actually an excellent idea.....I joined a fantasy baseball league back in the early 1990's, and this how we handled it...way more fun for the new owners

I'll take Cincy as a second team on a temporary basis so we can get the season going, unless a brand-new owner wants it soon.
