Yes, Pablo has a 9.3 USG%, he’s Nate McMillan’s backup. I saved a ton of money by putting them at PG, but they combine to make a pretty good PG who won’t take shots away from Dwight.

For what it’s worth, my final 12 man roster has an eFG of 55% and over 2550 total assists. KG is only the third best passer in my starting 5 and his AST% is 18.5%, I have 3 good passers feeding Dwight and my defensive ratings are 72/90/90/73/90. I feel pretty good about this team. I also had enough $ left to build a good bench with my 5 non-draft spots.

I mean I am confused about the EFG thing though - most of the guys who do any shooting on my team are mid-50s or better - Oakley's efg is ugly but he doesnt take more than 3 or 4 shots a game

my short answer is he's a cheap 30 mpg and I'm drafting around Wilt

my longer answer is he's +D (ish) and positional rebounding - adds 13% assists, doesnt TO too much

Dh555 – Shaq is too expensive, and McHale doesn’t rebound. I have seen some good teams from dh, but I don’t think this is one of them. Some of those late picks seem like throw-away picks. (32-50)


not too excited by this team either but they will definitely win more than 32...shaq/mchale might be the top 1-2 efg combo in the whole league

i dont understand the point of worrying about cost in the 1st round...give me the most talent and ill worry about saving money later, especially when its a high usg player and you can save money on cheap low usg rebounders and 3pt shooters

not sure who you think is a throw-away pick...with the poor rebounding mchale at pf, you cant do much better on the boards than smith/edge at sf...farmar is a perfect backup to billups and 09-10 turkoglu is carrying a 20%ast to go with his solid 3pt shooting and dreb%

I am getting from comments that people put a pretty high value on assists, which I don't ever think much about. Not sure who is correct on that one.

dh - besides Wilt, has anyone won recently with one of those top guys in an expensive season? I think you did with KAJ but at this salary the lower minutes guys just provide a lot of value. I was probably low on yours considering you know what you are doing.

Harden has 40 or so - what are your other starters at?

Seems like you will struggle to get to 100% with those guys and Harden comes off the floor (probably doesn't happen often) and it all tanks. You can get there with points but will the total be there?
