This is my actual favorite player. I've won nearly 1500 games including 3 national championships across probably 50+ seasons in Knight (and played across a bunch of other worlds) but I've always liked this guy the most. Unfortunately he's so old he predates the potential system so there are no ratings on him. I used to have ratings for my old players backed up in a spreadsheet but lost track of it when I moved over to a new laptop...

He committed to my tiny Indiana-based D3 school all the way from Honolulu, HI. He set a bunch of school records by the end of his career (season 8 in Knight) including points, rebounds, and I believe steals. In the 130+ seasons since then he's been knocked completely off the records list at DePauw in Knight but I still appreciate the dude who helped lift me to my first sweet 16 in HD.

I don't remember his exact ratings, by today's D3 standards they were mediocre but they were something like:

Casey White

12th all time scorer in D3 Wooden, 4th in 3 pointers made... and he barely played his freshman year. The only player I've ever had that I regularly set his distribution above 30, and he was more towards 50. Hit 657 three's at a 44.8% clip, and still had nearly 400 assists and 200 steals.

I've had a lot of great players over the years, but White was by far the most fun.

James King in Rupp, Eastern Mennonite University Season 1 and 2. He was probably the best computer generated player in Div III at the start of the game. That guy could flat out score.

I see you have 0 seasons.

It takes time, but when I got into this game, sucked for maybe 7-10 seasons, and then finally got my first great recruit and my second great recruit you start to fall in love with the guy. I watched him grow up over 5-7 months and eventually take me to my first NT ever. Its pretty crazy what happens.

In 2.0 I had a rare find at D3. I don't have his overall numbers anymore but he gained 45+ points in ATH, SP, ST, and DEF in his career and wound up 95ath, 90 SP, 95 DEF, 95 ST, and had about 60 LP. He was a monster and lived at the FT line. Racked up over 200 career steals playing zone-can't imagine what he would have done in the press.

I've only played three seasons under this moniker after like a 3 or 4 real-life-year hiatus.

Great LP scorer and a developing 3 pt shot, excited to see what he does next year. I am also really, really enjoying watching my first couple of recruiting classes grow up at LIU Southampton -- starting next year some players I actually recruited should be big time players I'm excited about that

Career scoring leader in Smith (all divisions) - 3,364 points
Career 3-point shots made leader in Smith (all divisions) - 793
2-time National Player of the Year
2-time D3 season scoring leader (finished second his second season)

Made it to 2 Final Four's and 1 Elite 8

Despite not winning a NT, easily my most enjoyable and memorable player.

Although this is no where near close to one of the best players I've had, he's my favorite.

Elmer Harris is a player who lead my loaded season 131 CSU Eastbay squad to my first title. I contreversially senior redshirted him and he is a running joke among me and some of my HD colleagues because of the amount of times I used to mention him.

Brent Whitley had my most memorable season for a guy with pretty much nothing but 3pt shooting as a 6th man in my D2 championship season. Loved that guy

I'm trying to do the fancy paste options you guys are but I just can't figure it out Haha. So here is likely my favorite player. He's currently on the roster now.

1x NPOY and likely a 2x when season ends, has finished in a S16 and 2 title games so far, winning one of those. Already leading scorer in school history, led the nation last season, and is currently leading this season by a fairly large margin. Lots of accolades. I expect him to finish a 2x NPOY, 2x scoring champ, AND a 2x champion.
