80M questions

For players that both pitched and played offense, am I allowed to use the highest salaried "hitting" season if the player had a higher salaried pitching season and vice versa?
Another good question. No, only the player's highest salaried season overall.

regarding the $90M theme

It says when you enter your team you have to identify which era of pitchers you've used in your team name. Seems like this could lead to people withdrawing their teams and changing their strategy based on what the other owners in their league are choosing. If you've entered a team and there are 18 other teams entered, and 16 of those teams are using the same pitching era, then you might re-think your roster construction and go back to the draft center before the roster entry deadline, especially if you were guessing most owners would use the other pitching era.

This is a common scenario in the WISC. When you enter your teams, your team names should be generic. After I complete the roster verification process for all teams, I will send out a sitemail to rename your teams in accordance with the rules.

In the 110 mil pro/reg league what if a player missed a year? Can you go forward or back to his next eligible year?

My guess is no, as it would be a lot harder to validate rosters.

another stupid ?, I assume that in the 180 mil league if you are in the middle i.e. under 500 PA and above 200, there is no penalty or bonus either way?

In the varialble cap league, where do pitchers with exactly 100 innings fall? Or hitters with exactly 500 PA. They are neither above nor below.
