Anyone know what time the schedule moves forward? I see AM/PM/PM2 but what time is that specifically?

All times eastern: 3 am, 11 am and 7 pm.

Theoretically, of course. With most worlds, you have at least a 10 minute grace period after those times to be able to make any changes before the world actually sims.

AM Part 1 - a game is played, any negotiations between owners and players/prospects are cycled
AM Part 2 - any negotiations between owners and players/prospects are cycled
PM Part 1 - a game is played, any negotiations between owners and players/prospects are cycled
PM Part 2 - any negotiations between owners and players/prospects are cycled
PM2 Part 1 - a game is played, any negotiations between owners and players/prospects are cycled
PM2 Part 2 - any negotiations between owners and players/prospects are cycled

The newer the world, the later it sims. The older world's sim first.

Yeah I've got one world that sims almost on the hour every time and one that doesn't sim till about 30 minutes after.
