I thought you were asking if skipped picks favor those who picked earlier.

I’d personally rather pick later in this format. Getting to pick high in the 2nd and 3rd is valuable IMO.

I'm talking about skipping the players who are late to pick in the 2nd round. I think this is a little to disorganized for my taste. If anyone wants to take on my spot from here out they can. Good Luck to all

Not really, as the ABBA format really helps the lower pickers (12-24). The best way to do the drafts is the timed slots. Everyone knows when they should be picking, so they can send out proxy SMs if they think they won't make their timeslot. If we actually waited for everyone to make their picks in order, no timer, this draft would take weeks.

It's actually organized about the best you can do with 20-24 people. It has defined pick times, and all the rules are available in a thread.

I hope you change your mind and stay. But, if you don't; Smokey and Amerk, if we need to fill Calgary's slot, I can pick it up.

That’s what my first comment was in reference to. Later picks have the same advantage that you’re talking about on flipped rounds.
