Until the lot of you stop sending me nasty site mails when I’ve never spoken to you, I will continue to regard this community as brash young men who probably are only this combative when on the internet.

Oh so now when it’s convenient for you, you were trust trolling and still love HD.

FWIW, you will find many teams like the dynasty now above: ones that I did some of the painful legwork on for others, and then left the next guy with studs who are etched in the top 5 of the record books and got drafted.

First of all, no. Second of all, Who cares?!?! No one is questioning you as a coach. You are just simply breaking rules.

AB I know you aren't using abninety to cheat. You don't even need to recruit well because you hop around so much anyway ;)

But the visual looks really really bad. Just start respecting the 1000 miles rule and don't recruit against yourself. It isn't that hard

Collectively we’ve all known for a long time that this game isn’t run as effectively as it should be. Those who stuck with this game from 2.0 to 3.0 and beyond have for the most part been looking for a firmer stance on what is actually fair play and what isn’t. At the end of the day, AB just helps us focus on the shortcomings of this game. We’re here because we like the game; these threads get created because we want legitimate changes and things to be fair across the board for all.

The response Seble gave you is the biggest joke I’ve read on here in a while. I’ve been on this site since 2003 and it shows exactly what is and has been wrong with this game for a long time.

To be fair Jake, this is OSU in Wooden (where I'm at Illinois) and AB actually brought in some nice recruits and did the brunt of the rebuild.

This is ridiculous. No coach should appear on a recruit with two different names. Add that to 1k mile rule and same division.

No one asked for my 2 cents but I got some time until the Giants pick again..

Ab seems like a fine person. Absolutely no problem with him at all and have only had positive interactions personally. Even the jumping around to different teams doesn't bother me at all.

But I don't think that's the issue here. It really is simple - there are Fairplay guidelines put in place. All we are asked to do is to follow those rules (there aren't many of them). Don't share information with another coach, don't intentionally target other coaches and don't have two teams in the same world within 1000 miles. That's it.

Now we can debate whether or not these rules are too strict or not strict enough. But beyond that, this is what we have and it's only fair that every person playing follows the same set of rules. Otherwise, why have fairplay rules at all?

One team per world, simple. But since it won’t be fixed, follow the rules. 1000... Ab is fun to play against. His teams are always tough.

I offered to give up that second account multiple times. I was told multiple times that it wasn’t necessary, and I wouldn’t say that I was discouraged from doing so, but I was not encouraged to give it up, at the minimum. I don’t know what world is which and where teams are, partly because I hop around in many worlds and partly because I’ve never known. Best I can tell you is 2 games/ day or one. In-laws have a place in Aspen, so I should have thought about it. But, coming from Columbus, Missouri seems like Illinois and Colorado seems like Nevada or Montana or someplace very far away.

Even if I had thought about it, probably still wouldn’t have noticed, and– as I don’t cheat– I’ve never taken much precaution worrying about rules designed to prevent cheating.
