I am thinking about trying to run a D1 team only using D2 players. I figure recruiting won't be an issue, I should win all the recruits I want but scouting will be. I have my ideas on how to do this, but I am unsure on what general location to choose. Any ideas?

You willng at 1/3rd cut from your team you need 20 targets or at least with my Queens U team I was having progress under that. Going into a much tougher conference when I get my 4 other teams backed and hardball clicking.

I don't think the talent level will be a 1/3 drop. I think closer to 10%.

12% I think at div 1 level we get 2/3 out of Chapel Hill targets which is the scrap pile then regionals is more of a prize and the occasional out of state rook gets us more money and how we beat Unc in that regards every single year.

I am in Phelan as well and had to start with Previous team ID I am at Connecticut College at Division III I think its primary empty but my other teams registered aren't.

You've got to go Big West / Big Sky for the Jucos in Cali... I've had some elite DII jucos in DI. You could redshirt one each year.

this sounds extremely annoying for d3/d2 teams in the area - you should start doing it in all 10 worlds - perhaps you'll even get some ab style love?

We have 4 openings in the Phelan WCC, all California schools. It'd be great to get a 9th team, which would be more than the Pac-10 (which has 8). Available are Pepperdine, Santa Clara, San Jose State, and San Diego, so each division right now has 4 humans.
