The thing I remembered about Ken Phelps, besides his impressive batting practices (I went to lots of games in the Kingdome), was when he broke up Brian Holman's perfect game in the 9th inning. It was, and still is to this day, the most dominating pitching performance I've ever watched (on tv in this case).
