$110M: Progressive / Regressive
No restrictions but, in Round 2, you will be required to draft a 110M team that is entirely made up of the same 25 players + or - X years. X must be the same for all players on your roster. There is no requirement that all of your Round 2 players go in the same direction (i.e. +X years or -X years) — you can have both.

Team Name: Reference your number for X
Division Alignment: Random
For the Team Name in Round 1 it says to reference X. Not sure how X is pertinent it is to use X in the team name for Round 1 since for some players X may be unknown and for others they may have an option of using 2 different numbers for X and put together a valid team for round 2.
Although it would be prudent to do so, theoretically you don't have to make two teams side by side to have one ready for the second round. Some players who don't think they will make the second round may choose this option and make the best team they can for Round 1 without worrying a combination for the next round. If they make the second round, they could play with years until they find a combination that fits and/or take penalty points to make a team. I could imagine taking 0-30 penalty points and putting together a team that fits under the salary cap using X=1 or 2 as long as I make sure all the players I use in Round 1 has at least 2 or 3 usable seasons. Therefore, they would not have a number for X to use in their name.
Or, somebody may be planning on using a number for X, and then find multiple years that work with the team they had put together and decide on using a different value for X before the second round they they are planning now. For example, they were planning on using 1 but tinkered between now and then and found out they can make a stronger team using 3 or 2 instead of 1. Probably not likely but possible. Therefore their X can change.
