Yes, it is word for word of part of her speech. As I told Tang, she clarifies what she means at a later point. She chose a terrible choice of words, but to use only a small portion of her argument is quite unfair.

Since when did you start assuming the worst of people? Could possibly, maybe be that she is just incompetent and that she actually truly believes what she espouses?
