Please do send a ticket. But don’t expect help, or service. If my experience last week is the standard, they will pretend it’s “impossible” for them to do anything to help you. If you were qualified, they’d likely tell you that you can reach out to whomever gets the job, and beg them to switch. Except even if they agree, you have to apply for and get *that* coaches old job, otherwise, you’ll have to arrange for a switch with a third coach. Because they “have to be fair” to all the coaches you see, you forgot to renew fair and square.
In the end, what they want people to take away from these (way too common) stories is that you should be buying up seasons in advance and loading them onto your teams, and making sure you’ve got teams set to auto-renew. In other words, seble is trying to sell insurance. In reality, the jobs process is about as lame as you can make it for a game where people invest real life years and sometimes hundreds of dollars to get a position like Kansas. So what I would prefer people take away is that CS is either dishonest or incompetent - very likely both - and customers should complain like hell and tell them to fix this dumb ******* jobs process.
