Are you 20 HVs and a CV in? How many APs? Have you compared preferences?

But yeah... if the answer to the first question is yes this is pretty BS.

Also, you cannot discuss this on the forum. Send me a sitemail.

A d3 team beat A prestige UConn after they put in 10 HVs. The system is terribly designed.

That was one time, at the very beginning. I am
almost certain they made tweets after that.

I guess this means certain preferences don't carry as much weight as we think. The kids wants to play in a strong conference, yet he chooses D2 Southern conference over D1 ACC. Huh?

i haven't played in d2/d3 enough to know this answer - but are good d2/d3 conferences very high? i know its harder to get very high success in d2/d3 compared to d1, but i dont know about the conferences...

anyway hulnder, i know nothing about that d2 southern conference, but i wouldn't necessarily assume a d2 conference is automatically looked at as lower than d1 conference, even if that makes logical sense. most d2 conferences are empty garbage conferences but the tough ones might be competing on even footing with the ACC's of the world, on that one front? (the conf preference). i don't know enough to say for sure but i would guess that is true, hoping one of the many people who know for sure can confirm either way!

Strong conference metric looks at conference relative to division (average prestige).

Can we get more data on this? Did you go all in Vegas?

It was a marginal recruit, that would’ve just been a back up.
But it just seems crazy to me that any D2 school could compete with a B+ prestige ACC school, the highest prestige conference in Naismith, once a scholarship has been offered

I know Tropicana was basically all in from the start. I was tinkering around with pushing for that player as well. So I watched the movement along the way

Well he got him with a 25% chance

Clemson had 38%, Texas Southern and 36%

Why are you almost certain and not 100% certain? Nothing was announced..

And Gil- there's a thread about it shortly after HD launched. I'll try to find it tomorrow.
