robusk, this is great. With yours and ash's permission, I would like to use that for the doc. I'm eventually planning on making full episodes for each chapter and would love it if you wanted to collaborate on one or two of them.

Great piece! I'm not sure it catches my arrogance enough, though. I was pretty ******* full of myself for a really, really long time. Something like, "Beating everybody wasn't good enough; I had to teach them how to actually play the game well and then still beat the **** out of them," would encapsulate my attitude back then. Malone said I was like the hot chic who told everybody she was hot or something like that. To be fair, though, it was pretty ******* warranted; I didn't spend a dime on this site for something like 5 or 6 years. But to be fair again, I was pretty insufferable. I don't like who I was back then.

PS Ben only passed me because he played a **** ton of teams, copied my OL strats, and cheated in progs while I was only playing a few teams.

Sort of.

He's for sure the better owner - I won't deny that at all - but he did play an absolute **** ton of teams to catch & surpass me, and many of the rings during that time were controversial prog rings...

...but yeah, there's no doubt at this point that he would have surpassed me at some point anyway. There was no doubt back then, either. Maybe I should make a run to get it back. I'm only 50-something behind LOL

Yeah, I mean, we all know there is a lot of gamesmanship behind total title counts. I am sure I could have mine a hell of a lot higher if I played in lots of OL and certain themes. But also RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNGGGGZZZZ

And ben kicks plenty of *** in the hard leagues too.

I will spice up the arrogance. I was trying to keep it generous to start since I don't know everyone's sensitivity threshold. I once got lectured by scud for not liking one of his picks in an eval.
