I'm back after a long hiatus. I have just reserved a team for next season in Smith, but I'm not sure when I "start" there. Do I come in for RS2 as if I applied for the job or do I not come in until the world rolls over?

I noticed your reservation this morning. Welcome, it’s a great conference!

By reserving a team, you pick up when the world rolls over. You will not be able to recruit for this upcoming season, you’ll have to make the best with what sim AI gives you; you can begin scouting for next season’s recruits right away though.

Ok, thanks, shoe3! I’m looking forward to it. First power conference team ever, but glad to embark on a new challenge after about 8 years off.

Yep, reserving Montana State, Billings in Allen set me back a full season. If I had had RS2 I would have 3-4 of my own recruits sooner.
