The MEAC in Tarkanian has two openings. Last season we were 4th in Conference Prestige, finishing ahead of the Pac-10, SEC and Big East. We sent 5 teams to the National Tournament last season. The conference now has a C+ Prestige.

There are going to be two openings for sure - Morris Brown and Morgan State.

I think this conference has the potential for much more than 4th in conference RPI, 5 teams in the NT, etc. Morgan State and Morris Brown but have had wonderful coaches in the past that left behind awesome teams.

And as I always mention, it's fully my opinion that HD with an active coaches corner is x10 more engaging and enjoyable than without one. We hope to see some new coaches in the coming days! Shoot me a PM if you have any questions.

Welcome JimmyChino and Rollo75. We have one more opening, which is for the D+ Norfolk State Spartans. That is the lowest prestige school in the conference, but it is not in bad shape as it has had a human coach for the last 9 seasons.

I'd join if I was qualified but I'm stuck in DII a bit longer

We have two openings. Maryland Eastern shore, and Norfolk State. The conference continues to do really well. Last year we were rated number six out of all conferences. The conference strength is good in recruiting. It’s a phone conference with great coaches, and it’s a fun challenge. Hopefully we can get two new coaches again

Every coach who joins says they didn’t realize how active it is. My favorite conference to be a part of.

Both available schools have had recent human coaches making the turn around much more manageable!

Well I tired to take over Norfolk State, I am not currently qualified and even after pleading with the always unhelpful customer support, they turned me away. They’d rather you guys have a Sim than a real coach. It would be unfair for me, a coach who has four other DI schools take over a D+ school, they said it would be unfair and created such a commotion it just wasn’t possible. No wonder they can’t seem to keep people around, blows my mind.

You've been in D2 for two seasons in Tark, and you have a 20-35 record with no D2 postseasons. Last season, after a job hop, you were 9-18 with an RPI in the 170s.

You aren't new to HD. Stop whining about customer service being the reason you can't promote yet.

Easily with Benis and rowle here. If a team has D+ or lower prestige and D or lower baseline and a coach has a D1 team in another world they should be able to jump. Working through the whole D2 team so many times is not concinient for D1 dominant coaches.
