I think that bug got fixed, because people were talking about it too much. But I could be wrong.

I saw it work for someone else in this world last season (which was season 1), so I'm pretty sure it's not fixed yet.

Just venting but I hate worlds that do not trade.

not fixed.

I just had a "Shoulder Strain" 22 day injury this season. Put him on the 60day DL with $16MM in medical- gained 1 full point back in overall rating from pre-injury (2 points post injury) with all key ratings seeing a bump

It IS random. IMO. I think what happens is that sometimes an owner doesn't get the results he wanted, so he complains that "they musta patched it."

I know that a long time ago, before I started playing HBD I was told, it was nerfed to a certain degree. But in the past several years, the only things I've seen patched on this game are the odd grievous thing that needs fixing immediately.

I think they tried to fix it and made injuries happen more often instead. The randomness is more often for sure. It used to be a given that the player would get better then pre injury if I ran 20/20 which I always do. I think they tweaked some things and it did not work right. They either need to make wholesale changes and announce them or none at all.

Assuming a world's rollover was immediate (no turnover and the world comish was able to push the button at the quickest possible) how long would a world take to be in budget day after the previous seasons world series?

In one of my worlds it says the season ends in 8 days, I think I'll be without internet for 12 days. I'm trying to figure out if I need someone to babysit my teams for the last 4.

Anyone have a pitcher get 40 + wins?

Guy didn't start a single one of those games, far as I'm concerned he has 0 wins that season.

Lol but he has been effective since my #1 and #2 starters have been down most of the season. Same as last season with my #2 then(different pitcher) out almost all season as well.

What's the most picks you've ever seen in a draft? I had 6 comp A's and 1 Comp B's in all the way mae and now I'm sitting on a ridiculous draft capital:
  • 38 picks total
  • 10 of the first 58, including 6 in a row from 40-45
  • 16 in the top 123
Considering the draft is my favorite part of the game, I'm ecstatic lol

Does anyone remember if there are published park factors (in decimal form) for minor league parks somewhere? I thought I'd seen them before, but have done a bit of digging and have come up empty so far.

just confirming that if I promote a minor league player from HiA to the playoff roster in ML once playoffs begin and then demote him after playoffs are over - he will NOT get a demotion penalty, correct?

I have never had that many picks. That is pretty awesome. I assume this goes back to some of your other posts regarding DITRs and how they can lead to many comp picks.

I have had a handful of comp picks, but most were TypeB as opposed to TypeA. I hope, for your sake, that the draft pool has some depth. I have learned that timing is huge in this game when it comes to the draft. I have had seasons where I had a few comp picks and my draft class was HUGE. I have had seasons where I had a bunch of comp picks, but the draft pool had no depth so I got a bunch AAAA or minor contributors at the MLB level.

Not sure if these are accurate, but check this out (about half way down the page).
