I was about to respond with something along the lines of “I’m trying to draft players better suited to this format.” Then I remembered that the first two players I took were perfectly on brand for me.

Moses/McHale/Walton is quite the frontline

I don’t really understand it tbh. Filling in like 95% of post minutes with the first three picks but waiting until the very end of the 4th round to draft the first backcourt player. It’s not that there’s anything wrong with the picks individually I just don’t understand the big picture strategy.

Considering Walton has one and a half starting level seasons I think there were other needs that could've been addressed first. Threes and passing are going to kind of a hassle.

I don't love my team, but love where this team can take me. In theory, my next 6 picks could all be SFs and those could all be smart picks.

@jcred5: Picking at 10am for me is like picking at like 4am for “normal” people; I ain’t up for another four hours. And I don’t usually check wis before work so that’s usually another 2 hours. But this league has surged my interest and I’ve been checking while during my “morning” routine.

I think the thing people get upset about more is when there’s a pick at 4 or 5 in the afternoon and the next pick doesn’t come till 11... after the bedtime of some, causing a chain reaction of delays. This happened at least twice in the first draft with you then brad and then me. I don’t think anybody was seriously mad, but the nature of this joint leads to a lot of ribbing.

2nd round "thoughts" are done & the 3rd round thoughts have begun.

Well, it's Chuck. And Chuck is using a shake weight. This can be interpreted in a number of ways. I intended to imply two things at once:

1) Chuck's working out & getting stronger. Nash makes him stronger.
2) Shake weights look somewhat like jerking off. Chuck is that "excited" about getting Nash.

Lol - was just making sure chuck wasn’t calling me a jerk off for the pick! Was debating between him and Payton actually
