Probably the second. I think I swore as Bill Russell in game of zones. I don’t swear much, although I don’t have a problem with it at all. There’s a time and a place where that perfectly used swear word really enhances a point you’re trying to make. Otherwise they’re kinda useless.

Between the Army and delinquent parents I never had a chance. I swear way too much.

I was out for a few hours and give everyone’s mood and my tendency to poke the bear, seems like it was for the best.

The draft is the funnest part of the league. I get annoyed too but if it takes while, it’s not the worst thing. Plus it will make all the 19-20 guys happy.

ive done a million draft leagues...its always the same...we go on the clock - we get far ahead of clock - we wait same amount of time we are waiting now for tardy owners to pick - clock catches up some - get far ahead again - wait again for tardy owners - rinse repeat

That is insane behavior. No proxy. No sitemail. Billups goes at 11:33 and I’m there and Russell goes at 11:33. That is embarrassing.

I walked away from this site when my newborn son was diagnosed with a terminal disease. It was not a time for a hobby. As his condition stabilized, so did my life. I came back to this awful place and I’m glad I did. During this pandemic we have not life the house because of my sons disease. From March 13th until Friday, my wife and I haven’t been to a store. We broke that streak because she is headed back to school on Monday and just needed to know she can be in a public place and not have a panic attack.

Alright so who gives a ****, thanks for the sad story. The point is to try and have some empathy and humility. Control what you can control and welcome this great distraction. Can it be frustrating? Of course. Can you have fun rethinking your pick 19 times and let my guy fall to me? Please.

Sorry to hear about your struggles, man. I remember when you split but don’t think I remembered or even knew about the specifics. I’m glad you’re back here in the fold. And yes, this world has been nuts this year. This is usually a great distraction, but some people take the fun out of it for me. First version of this wasn’t like that, but...

thank you for the reminder of empathy. The lack of empathy is a huge part of what’s wrong in the world today imo
