Page one was not updated to reflect that round two was put on the clock starting at noon (this snippet comes directly from Page one). Everyone got sitemail and there didn't seem to be any confusion about what we were doing. I also posted updates in this forum throughout the day to describe the progress and next steps.

Whatever will keep everyone happy and moving forward. I was under the impression that.we.moved to "on the clock" and made.my pick accordingly.

Well, I THOUGHT all the controversy was behind us...SIGH...I guess I was wrong. I am not going to roll back the draft for skindogg. I have sent him a SM to not react in anger, and chill out and calm down. If he STILL feels wronged tomorrow morning, then he's out, and we will turn to slainte or Navy2002 (who might also feel "wronged" somehow too lol. If skinndogg bails, I told him he is closing the door on ever being in the DEAL league again, so hopefully he will consider that. He got skipped by SEVEN whole owners! ****, I think jbar was skipped for a whole ROUND once and never made a fuss!

I don't have time for whiners and crybabies in this league. What has separated THIS draft league from ANY others I have either been in or run, is that EVERYONE has always been professional and courteous and understanding, and done their best to play by the rules/etiquette and so on, and not give either kelly1 or I ****! So if someone who made 23 other guys wait for almost TWO F'IN DAYS in round one because he couldn't take 20 seconds to figure out what draft position he had wants out....so be it!

Now that being said, if skinndogg calms down by his 3rd round pick and is contrite and understanding of the situation, I will forget this whole situation and we move on with ZERO animus towards him. I would expect the same from everyone else.

I think the lesson here is once you make it schedule, stick to it. don't change it just because some people are impatient. we all have real lives. I showed up two days before my pick. And I still got skipped over.

With all this anxst, I don't understand why we don't make a rule that if a round finishes early the next morning the following round is up at 9am.
Not hard. No one can be upset.

I do agree that if you are moving something up and early morning email may not be sufficient.

That is why a set rule followed by an email we finished round xx last night so we are on the clock with round xy. (as per the rules).

Just my 2 cents.

This is a bear to manage. and I agree whining does no good.
