I think the lesson here is once you make it schedule, stick to it. don't change it just because some people are impatient. we all have real lives. I showed up two days before my pick. And I still got skipped over.

Not hard. No one can be upset.

I do agree that if you are moving something up and early morning email may not be sufficient.

That is why a set rule followed by an email we finished round xx last night so we are on the clock with round xy. (as per the rules).

Just my 2 cents.

This is a bear to manage. and I agree whining does no good.

Not what I meant at all. Just like always you can keep drafting...
Just if tomorrows draft is done a day early we move up a day. ie from round 3 to round 4 for that day.
I've been in many drafts and that is how I've seen it done often.
I even thought we had done that here.

Monday night, we are done with Tuesday already, so Tuesday morning we move up a round. and go on the clock.

Why wait around 24 hours for someone who thinks I don't have to pick until Wednesday when the draft for Tuesday was done Monday night?
All you have to do is check each morning (or late nite) to see if we moved up a round.
What is wrong with having a pick every day. That's not that much "pressure"

And that is apparently what started all this. Doing Tuesday's draft on Monday. Which is good as long as we all know that's going to happen in that case.

With no further clarification from skinndogg either here or in sitemail, we will be replacing him with a new owner.

Just clarify...how does this work? My pick at 5:30PM. If I can actually pick at 3:00PM but do not does that mean the person picking at 6:00PM can just pick right there and then?
